DG use case: extension repeats MSS #15

For the use case, extension 3a and the MSS duplicate each other and doesn't have to be included as an extension.

Alternatively, this could be made clearer if the intended message was to edit the user's own details.

The MSS provided is for the user to edit details in a friend, while that provided in 3a is for the user to edit details of himself
