The example highlighted below in the add command has a phone number of 1234567 which is only 7 digits and doesn't work. However, there is a valid example above so this is not a huge issue for most users.

The highlighted example (Add Betsy) returns an error message while the add John Doe command works. It is either a typo made, where the example phone number is missing a number or the team did not specify and make it clear to users that this is an example of invalid command
