GTDB-Tk was run using the following shell script: /storage1/data19/Gut_Microbiome_Clostridium_scindens/run_gtdbtk_UHGG.sh

The exact command to run GTDB-Tk was: gtdbtk classify_wf -x fasta --cpus 20 --pplacer_cpus 20 --tmpdir gtdbtk_temp_files/ --out_dir GTDBTK_Output_Files_UHGG_Genomes/ --genome_dir /storage1/data19/Gut_Microbiome_Clostridium_scindens/UHGG_Clostridium_scindens_genomes

All of the genomes were confirmed to be Clostridium scindens
