In order to run GTDB-Tk, the following shell script was utilized: /storage1/data19/Gut_Microbiome_Clostridium_scindens/run_gtdbtk_Gounot.sh

The command run with this shell script was: gtdbtk classify_wf -x fasta --cpus 10 --pplacer_cpus 10 --tmpdir gtdbtk_temp_files/ --out_dir GTDBTK_Output_Files_Gounot/ --genome_dir Gounot_et_al_2022/
