Network get stuck periodically in kernel 5.6.13 #58

My PC's usb wireless card use this driver and recenttly it complains errors as belows: 截图录屏_选择区域_20200518164637

bugged by this for days now, tried and failed:

I'm on ubuntu 22.10 (kernel 5.19), wifi card rtl8821cu. Haven't found solution, the laggy network is driving me crazy...
