Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)

Reason for disagreement: The links of the two issues are in two separate locations in the DG and also direct the user to different websites. Fixing one bug will not automatically fix the other. In my opinion, the team also does not conclusively prove that the bug is a duplicate (no details provided by the team) and these should, thus, be considered "not duplicates". As stated in the PE instructions, there is a need to "keep independently-fixable things as separate bugs".
