Cannot add apostrophe to name #6

As a user, I may have a client with a ' in their name but I cannot add them to AgentSee. Similar to a problem with s/o but that may have been addressed in UG.

Team's Response

The name in our application does not have to legally match the name of a client's passport. It is easier for users to set the clients names to only have alphanumeric characters, for convenience, so that they do not have to spend time typing out special characters. You could add the name as Auli i Cravalho for example.

Reason for disagreement: Indeed, the name I input will not need to be the legal name of the person and I could replace it with the suggested input Auli i Cravalho. However, the justification that the group provides is not acceptable for this inconvenience. If the group made this decision because special characters would make the command harder to parse, perhaps that would be understandable. However, the group states that this limitation exists so that I "do not have to spend time typing out special characters". Considering that an apostrophe is just as easy to type as any other character, I do not understand this justification.

If I were to use the group's suggestion Auli i Cravalho, I would constantly have to remind myself that I used a misspelling of this name since the command find-s n/Auli'i would not even return the person I am looking for.

Thus, the inconvenience to the user is not justified by the group's explanation and I feel that this aspect could have been designed differently.
