Status for zone 2 goes offline #23

The status for zone-1 is live but for zone-2 it goes off-line. however the unit keep running.

So if I manage zone 1, all work well however when I want to manage zone 2, I can switch on and set it however after a minute or so it shows zone 2 is off while system still running.I did some debugging I can see it is off in the message returned from device.

I've noticed that you have different temperatures for each zone? Do you have multiple navigator remotes? Even your 'common' zone has a temperature of 20?

Yes, I have 2 different zones managed by 2 controllers. Based on the configuration there is no Common zone. So not sure where common zone is 😊

Also, no issue with Myclimate app only with HA. I can manage and control zone 2

I really want to help you, but I don’t think there’s much I can do without getting a packet capture off your phone. You would need a rooted android phone that’s running tcpdump or some other packet capture software.
