This PR will only apply on top of https://github.com/bremoran/suit-mti/pull/2.

Adding ECDH key exchange method along side with HPKE.

Actually, I think we can go further. It does not make sense to tie SUIT-MTI to HPKE when HPKE in COSE is not yet a standard, and we do not know what the timeline will look like. We always expected SUIT-MTI to be replaced from time to time. I think we should remove HPKE for now.
