Reel always scrolls to end after drop operation #38

After dropping an image into the reel, it always scrolls to the last frame, e.g. after dragging an image from the middle and dropping it at the front (left) of a big movie.

Now the reel scrolls to the selected image every time FBReelNavigator-reelHasChanged is called.
