Where do you put the API keys for Google and Twilio?

When I created this, you didn't need to use either. Google allowed you simply provide a username and password to get or add events. This might not be the case now. Twillio, allows you to simply provide a set of urls that it will call as responses to SMS or phone calls. I haven't looked at this in a few years so it's possible that both of the APIs have changed a good bit.
