There are several issues and PRs with no interaction on them. @brendanconnolly - do you need support to keep this project alive?

Otherwise, I will fork it and try and keep it progressing.

I have forked this now and created Xunit.OpenCategories - it is available on NuGet.

Its a pretty stable older project, but its not in my day to day anymore so I update it when I can.

Would love support to help maintain this, if you are still interested.
