Please release to hackage #148

Please release a new version of gogol to hackage. I am being affected by #147 which was closed months ago.

@brendanhay can you please cut a new release of gogol-core from develop (0.5.0.1 or whatever)? The only change since the last release is #144 which is exactly what I need to update my application to GHC 8.10.2

I'm helping @brendanhay to get Gogol in shape, and we plan to release soon. In the meantime you can help by posting new issues and/or PRs.
