Turkish character problem! Resource and Quiz don't work. #119

First of all very thank you for this plugin. We use Turkish characters like this (şŞ-iİ-ıI-üÜ-öÖ-çÇ-ğĞ) unfortunately our resource and quiz name include Turkish character. When I change English ones, didn't change anything. Maybe caching names. What can we do for this issue ?

Just a normal purge caches should fix this. We have an issue in the future to do list so that it remembers the history of renames and they all work.
