I'm currently on extended leave from Catalyst so I'm not currently working on this, and unfortunately it never quite reached production status. So I'm sorry but all I can suggest is working through the trouble shooting steps here:

Firstly, thank you for your brilliant work on CleanURLs!
My install on Moodle 3.4 with runs using both Apache and NGNIX for static content. It works perfectly except links to all course activities and resources are being translated into non-working URLs.
This URL: https://courses.fspacademy.co.za/mod/scorm/view.php?id=23 Translates to the URL below, which when clicked gives no error but goes nowhere: https://courses.fspacademy.co.za/course/Learner+Guide+LTB1/cob-long-term-insurance/23-long-term-insurance-course
I did try the suggested try_files line but that broke the site. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
