Ignore draftfile.php #37

Uploaded images via the HTML editor will be loaded from draftfile.php. This file should not be rewrited, so images can be displayed.

Thanks for the patch @StefanLF - but there is something deeper going on, the rewriting should be fail safe and only rewrite paths known to work, so we shouldn't need to ignore anything. We'll sort this properly soon. I've made a new issue to cover this #38
