Not Found - possibly due to à in url #39

Is working to clean, but:

The requested URL /course/moodle/page/397-política-de-privacidade was not found on this server.

The 'moodle' in the middle is odd, is 'moodle' the idnumber of the site level course? Or a test course with idnumber of 'moodle' ?

Also can you confirm the top of config.php is exactly as specified here:
