That testing looks pretty solid :)

Thanks. Maybe we can add more tests if internationalisation (as required) when we deal with #39 (utf8 characters in the URL - I am not sure if the server configuration per se is hurting the non-ascii characters in the URL), but I am merging this one and we can tackle the other issue as we have time.
