@brendanheywood Travis detected a problem in Moodle 29 -- Do you want to drop support for this version or should I investigate it further?

Yes we would want to keep support ideally, especially for anything totara based too.

get_plugin_list_with_function is older than get_plugins_with_function and should work but is slower for older moodles
