private accounts in RSS activity feed #135

The private accounts in the RSS activity feed are processed but not shown. They should be filtered out earlier in the journey.

I have put in place two new variables for the activity feed in the account variable account -> anonymous // if set the account is anonymous, minimum account details transfered account -> private // if set the account name can be used but no link to be provided to the persons account These are based on long standing privacy settings in the database. I still have to test but will let you know when it is in the git hub.
