Allow crag guide to be exported with a preferred publisher as extra api param #155

Need to be able to merge / ignore extra beta fields.

I've updated the API so it accepts input specifying a particular publisher for Crag Guide. The publisher is specified in the url using the parameter A:publisher.

http://58.6.152.66/area/11772109/guide?A:publisher=19685328

It will return only content from that publisher and community content.

Where should mergining /ignoring extra beta fields be done???
