Include all activity in crag karma scores #26

Including all activity in the karma scores would increase the size and rate of change of karma scores and accurately reflect the update activity on the site.

Weights should significantly favour index level content contributions over ascent level content contributions. eg. Multiply existing weights (which are all index level) by 10 and then give say 1point for a tick, 1 points for a quality assessment, 1 point for adding a tag (if we add this function) and 2 points for a comment?? Double points if the 'publish ascent on my FB wall' option is selected.
