Modify field type for ascent date & history date

We need to modify ascent date and history date to be native mysql rather than epoch time.

The database update function may be a three step process:

• add new fields, update functions should support both fields
• port fields, output fields should default to using new field first
• delete old fields, update and output fuctions to use only new fields
