Upgrade ghostscript to at least version 9.53. See: https://pages.uoregon.edu/koch/

Implemented with https://github.com/brendanjmeade/celeri/commit/2070919cc84c635023e03c4d9e505dcc8b755902. Doesn't look good so I probably won't use it again. Note: pygmt seems to not see the system ghostscript so I added a conda ghostscript install.
