File class refactors #5

These are some ideas that are floating around

[ ] File saved on destruct (conditional perhaps, on following)
[ ] File loading saves a signature file that can then can serve as lookups for file changes (for caching mostly)
[ ] load files without extensions more elegantly (tmp files, new files)

This could use the verify method, ad if the hashes do not match, perhaps an auto-save kicks in, that could reset any caches associated with the old key as well.
