Make packaging work. #3

Appropriate file structure/setup.py to make installation actually work. If you don't feel like merging this in to your master I can just keep it on my fork. No worries.

Actually, if you're going to merge this hold off a bit. Still trying to make it work on the server so was a bit premature on the PR.

This should be good to go now. Main points:

Renamed the package to stanford_corenlp_pywrapper
Removed the Java source files from the install
Updated the README to show the proper import given the new package name and install
Changed the version to 0.1.0

With this package structure the import should be from stanford_corenlp_pywrapper import sockwrap.
