Super awesome tweak! Works like a champ on Real Racing 3 #5

I’ve been using your tweak for months and it’s a dream come true. I’ve modified Real Racing 3 to run at 60 FPS which is absolutely incredible vs the stock 30 or less.

On my iPad Pro 9.7” (2016-era first-gen) iOS 12.4, I can watch YouTube picture in picture in a corner while I race and still sit solidly at 59-60 FPS.

It only drops when I have system load happening in the background (which in my case is always because I’m chronically low on disk space.) But it’s so useful to be able to glance and see how big the drop is.

I also can run Spectrum TV app (cable TV) PiP, But if my system is too low on diskspace for iOS to be running a swapfile (/var/vm/swapfileX) then it sometimes will stutter, a lot more than the YouTube PiP which usually continues to work even with as little as 300MB disk free (actual using df in terminal).

Anyway just wanted to say thanks a million. I’m probably the only person in the world playing Real Racing 3 on iOS at 60 FPS and it’s always been a dream and I suspected my iPad Pro had the power to do it, but it’s just incredible how well it really works and surprising how little it impacts battery life (using AR8X SysInfo Preferences tweak which lets you view battery usage mWh down to chip-level detail on the battery page by using a 2 finger tap.)

BTW did you write this specifically compatible with RR3 via “EAGLContext”? I always assumed that stood for Electronic Arts, but maybe I’m wrong? I forget if EA is the corporate owner of FireMonkeys or not. I think they are though.

Happy to hear my tweaks are helpful. I haven't write extra stuff for specific app in this tweak. IIRC, the EA in EAGLContext stands for Embedded Apple.
