2.2. addappt command shows up as enclosed in tilde instead of a code block #4

According to the formatting of other sections (such as 2.1.), the command addappt should have showed up as a code block instead of enclosed within tilde. However, this was not the case in 2.2.

While this is not a major issue at all, it does take away from the overall uniformity of the sections in the user guide.
