Related to: #357

Allow users to replicate post type settings and content between translations. Some settings to replicate by default:

General

[ ] Comment status
[ ] Ping status
[ ] Private status
[ ] Taxonomies (according to language)
[ ] Custom fields? (Can be very difficult to guarantee).
[ ] Publish date (makes sense?)

Posts

[ ] Stick status
[ ] Posts format

Pages

[ ] Parent page (according to language)
[ ] Page template
[ ] Page order
