Add Battle Banzai tile filling - [merged]

Merges banzai-tile-filling -> dev

Uses a 4-way flood-fill algorithm to find spaces that should be filled and fills them.

NOTE: This merge request should be reviewed and tested exhaustively. It is not guaranteed that this algorithm/implementation is bug-free.
