Add subscription boxes - [merged] #1062

Merges subscription-boxes -> dev

Adds support for subscription boxes, for example HC boxes.

Usage: 1) update the item to have interaction_type crackable_subscription_box 2) update the item to have 2 interaction modes 3) add a row to items_crackable with the appropriate item_id, subscription_duration (days) and subscription_type (hc). Note that you most likely want to have 1 as the count.
