Merges krews -> dev

Based on Habbo and tested there. 3 options (no one = 0, users with rights = 1, all users = 2). Id 0:

• Only the room owner or staffs can kick Id 1:
• Only users with rights (if the target have rights can't kick), room owner or staffs can kick Id 2:
• If the target have rights can't kick or is the room owner or is staff
