Effect tile interaction now keeps the effect after walkoff. Fixes #876 and #931 - [merged] #1385

Merges fix/#876-effect-tile-keep-effect -> dev

Effect tile interaction now keeps the effect after walkoff. Fixes #876 and #931.

Effect was removed because InteractionEffectTile extends from InteractionPressurePlate, which calls the InteractionDefault onWalkOff method, which removes effects. Changed this behaviour with an updatestate call and a wired trigger.
