Fix YoutubeTV - [merged] #1512

Merges youtube-fix -> dev

I moved the request directly from the youtube site because I could even fix it but any change on the youtube site could bug this and it would need to be redone... so I remade it directly from the youtube api v3 which is the most correct way to do it, I also added better logs to know why the playlist was not loaded, for example the playlist has no public videos or was not found.
