Change the artifact's name in pipeline and dockerfile so they are synched to the new default maven output - [opened] #1590

Merges ms4/dev -> ms4/dev

As of right now, if the changes are shipped like this to the dev branch it wouldn't be possible for it to be released correctly as the artifact's name has been altered in the pom.xml file. The latter change was done in commit 9e08840dced5f2b5e2fb81ace2b610c86763289c

This behavior can be seen in my job log, for example.
