Arcturus doesn't work if you enter with a VPN #359

When I use Surfshark VPN I cannot enter my hotel, it happens once every two hundred that I can enter with a vpn, all the other times it does not allow me to enter, on habbo not the same problem, it always works.

It stuck at 76% https://prnt.sc/quybpg But Jarvis says I'm logged https://prnt.sc/quycwf

Isn't this a problem with Surfshark rather than arcturus? Have you tried using official habbo?

Without logs we are unable to find the cause of this issue, it could be an issue with your proxy, server or vpn blocking the connection.

@Harmonic on ngh it works, but it's not my vps, i changed so many vps (for other reason) and and I've always had the same problem. on my hotel, some times it works, some times it dont work
