How they work on 2.4.0
All of the seeds are now rarity 0. No matter which kind.
All of them are rarity 2. No matter whether its rare, normal or whatever, they're ALWAYS level 2.
Upon buying from catalog, they should always choose the rarity upon purchase, so monsterplant_seed should be 1-12 with a small chance of 8+. Upon hatching them, the plant should stay the same level choosed upon purchase. Rare monsterseed should be 8-12 always, same thing as top.

Simply just the whole rarity system of seeds and monsterplants. NOTE! Monsterplants rarity is NEVER 0 in Habbo.

How they function in Habbo: When you purchase seeds from Habbo's catalog, it automatically picks you a rarity. The rarity stays in the item when you put it in room OR breed it.
'monsterplant_seed' = level varies from 1-10. 'mnstr_seed_rare' should have an extra interaction, rather than just monsterplant_seed -> levels vary from minimum 8 to 10. Mostly 8.
