Offer ended

When offer ends, it should automatically get disabled from the top corner. Currently you can't purchase it anymore, but it exists.

Offer bought

When offer only has 1 purchase limit, when bought the offer should disappear. Currently it stays there, but you cannot purchase it anymore. Which is how it should be, but it should also disappear. It disappears until you reload the Hotel.

These bugs appear to happen If you have config with `hotel.target.offer enabled.
