I took pictures to better understand the difference between arcturus and Habbo.
Here is how the Habbo system works:
1) I confirm the call for help
2)Just after having clicked to confirm I receive this alert which tells me that my report has been taken into account and gives me the procedure to follow.
3) A few minutes later I receive another alert to tell me that my report has been classified (with the automatic moderation of Habbo)
Here is how the Arcturus system works: 1) I confirm the call for help (identical to Habbo)
2)Just after having clicked to confirm I receive this alert which tells me that my report has been taken into account and gives me the procedure to follow. (identical to Habbo) Just the alert which does not have the same form as the commands: ha
3) not identical to habbo after the same time as on Habbo I receive an alert but which is the same as the one that was sent when I called for help. So we receive the same message twice as on Habbo, it's 2 different message.

Please note that Arcturus is copying how habbo was in 2016! It may be slightly different!

Of course, It would be just good to add an option, when we choose in the support_cfh_topics table the action: auto_ignore or auto_reply, that we can choose the message to send as soon as the player has sent a call for help (to confirm the receipt of the report) and another message later to tell him what to do. like on Habbo just without automatic moderation.

On Habbo, when we send a ticket, we receive a message to tell us that the ticket has been received. Then we receive another message a few minutes later to tell us that either the ticket is pending or it has been processed.
On Arcturus, we receive a message as soon as we send a ticket (which is configurable in the db). But if we select in the support_cfh_topics table the auto_ignore or auto_reply action we receive exactly the same message as when we sent the duplicate ticket ... Would it be possible to add another message when the ticket is ignored or processed?
