Add old bots (now used for official rooms) #850

The bots of the old versions of Habbo had different characteristics compared to the bots we are used to today (those that can be purchased in the catalog).

The old bots could move freely around the room (only at certain coordinates), send messages and give items (some bots can give some drinks, other bots give others). The old bots still exist and Habbo uses them for all public rooms.

Note: The bot is free, yet it never leaves the station

Info is also displayed differently when the bot is selected, no popup abovehead, wears badge like users, doesn't show owner, and the motto field is different too.

Also public room bots can have both talk and shout sentences
