wf_cnd_furnis_hv_avtrs doesn't see the user on the tile if the user is rolled on there #935

Version 3.0.0 Beta

When a user is rolled on a tile selected with the wired wf_cnd_furnis_hv_avtrs, it should work just as if they were to walk on the tile. Currently, this doesn't work on ms.
