Table: variable label when sorting

There is a strange character that appears after the variable name after sorting 
on that variable. After a sorting in ascending order, then descending and then 
ascending again it disappears. See screen shots.

This must be a character encoding/wxWidgets 3.0 issue.  Bug will be 
investigated and fixed.

Mac and Linux are now using the same sorting symbols as Windows: < or >
It doesn't look as pretty, but it is guaranteed to work with any encoding.

Fix will appear in GeoDa 1.5.33.  Fixed with revision 3181
