Change the save dialogs - they indicate unsaved changes even though changes 
have been saved; they seem to confuse saved changes with a lack of project 
file. it is a bit obnoxious and needs to be changed

new save logic has been proposed: 

1. "save a project file" won't be prompt, and users can always select menu item 
"save project" if they want to save a project file

2. "change the save" dialog will only be popped up if there is any changes 
detected in the table. users can always select menu item "export" to "save" or 
"save as" current loaded data.

fix has been applied in versions >= 1.7.24
