keep selection across tabs in Variable Calculation dialog #175

In Variable Calculation dialog: after a variable is specified and one changes 
the tab for the type of calculation (e.g., the default is special, but you want 
to change it to bivariate), the variable name disappears from the dialog and 
needs to be entered again; it should stay

fixed by keep same selection across different tabs in Variable Calculation 
dialog.

fixed has been applied in versions >= 1.7.24
