Models coords option #7

This adds a coords option for models to stop the same model being targeted elsewhere. It can be left empty to make the selected model be targeted everywhere

If you only want one location just create a PolyZone?

Models is already being based off coords, It was mainly for ped models.

Found a couple problems with this method.
