Description of the issue: According to this how to blog: 
http://omegle-spy.blogspot.com/ it does not work for video. Perhaps it is a 
false blog? It was how I was led here

What version of OmegleSpyX are you using? I've tried it on Versions 3.2.1, 3.2, 
and 2.0.1 

What operating system? Windows 7 64-bit

How often do you experience this issue?

I'm not sure what you're asking, to be honest. OmegleSpyX does not have webcam 
support.
