Settings drop down menu

I feel like this change was not needed and the addition of a drop down menu 
only slows things down for the user, especially the block messages function.

The block messages function has never really fitted in with the other 
'settings'. I have been playing with the idea of adding it to the user panel 
(the panel where you disconnect/swap strangers, etc) and adding the ability to 
block a specific stranger's messages, rather than just having a 'blanket 
block', if you know what I mean.

As far as the other settings go, I disagree with you. With the auto-clear and 
auto-reconnect functions, you really don't need to access those settings all 
that often.

Do you think adding accelerators would solve this issue? For example, Ctrl+B 
could be used as an accelerator for the block messages function.

I've added accelerators to the New Convo(F1), DC Convo(F2), Block Messages(F5), 
Clear Screen(F6) and Session Logs(F7) functions. It'll be implemented in the 
next sub-version.
