Disconnect block #38

I'd love to have the ability to block users from disconnecting.

This way, when I'm messing with people, nobody will be able to disconnect. This 
would be very useful and I think a lot of people will enjoy this feature. I'm 
not a programmer so I have no idea how to code, to be frank. This would be 
awesome!

Hahaha. Ah, I must admit that this is a fun idea. I'll play around with a few 
things, but I don't think it will be easily possible. I love the idea though.
