Travis configuration does not test Sprockets 4 or current Ruby versions #104

Our Travis CI configuration only includes Ruby versions up to 2.4. Sprockets 4 requires Ruby 2.5+. Therefore we have no coverage of Sprockets 4, or for that matter any coverage for current versions of Ruby.
