My startup Spooky Manufacturing is able to provide assistance in the design and creation of any circuits. We are halting all current research and manufacturing to put our full efforts towards the development of life saving medical devices.

We're looking into a possible ventilator system utilizing compressed air, but are willing to assist in other development projects as well.

We have a few threads that seem to be approaching STL or 3D model ready designs... mostly focused on multiplexing existing ventilators for multiple patients.

I've sent you a collaborator invite which should give you full access to the project. Please feel empowered. Would hate for things to bottleneck on me.
